CalScanner offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely by Apple In-App Purchases. This page explains how subscriptions, billing, free trials, cancellations, renewals, and refunds work.
CalScanner currently offers three subscription plans:
All plans unlock the same premium features, including unlimited AI food scans, calorie tracking, and personalized nutrition insights.
These prices are U.S. reference prices. Prices may vary depending on your country, region, local currency, taxes, and App Store pricing rules. The final price will always be shown in the App Store purchase screen before you confirm your payment.
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial on available plans.
CalScanner may offer a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial:
Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is typically available only once per Apple ID, although availability may vary by region and account history.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will keep access until then.
All payments are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly.
You can switch between Weekly Premium, Monthly Premium, and Yearly Premium at any time through your Apple subscription settings. Changes are handled according to Apple policies.
You can restore your subscription anytime via the app if you reinstall CalScanner or change devices. If Apple confirms that you have an active subscription, premium access will be restored.
